The Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk Hotel was this year's host to our annual Rainmakers Event held on January 24th, 2018. I want express my gratitude to Barbara and the staff for accommodating us so seamlessly. I worked with Barbara for months to prepare for this event and she was always available to answer any questions I had in the preparation phase. She worked with our budget and the chef to keep our lunch and reception at a reasonable cost per person and had the special request items available for our meeting. She was also able to add and remove guests to our everchanging list even up to the day of the event.
When the event came she and her team met me at the front desk to show me the meeting rooms and walk through the event with me. The event team was available anytime we needed anything from the air condition turned down to the table cloths needing to be changed. Our meeting went off without a hitch.
We couldn't be happier with how our event turned out. We look forward to having the beautiful Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk Hotel host our next event. Thank you again to Barbara and her team for making the 2018 Rainmaker Event a huge success!

Our organization recently hosted a conference at the Wyndham for 200+ participants. From start to finish the Wyndham and their amazing staff made everything absolutely perfect. From the second we arrived, it was clear the entire staff was well versed in our schedule and needs as they were incredibly responsive and prepared. Have a question? It's answered within seconds. Need something? It's there before you're even done asking. Everyone was kind, accommodating, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of the guests. Participants at the event felt respected, valued, and appreciated.
Thank you, Wyndham for making our event the one that our participants will be talking about for years to come. THANKS a million for everything that you did to make our event such a huge success! In our post survey, 98% of our participants said that the hotel met their needs. That's pretty phenomenal!
On behalf of the American GI Forum of the U.S. Board of Directors, members and the 2018 70th Annual National Conference Committee, I wish to let you know that our recently held conference at the Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk Hotel in San Antonio, Texas was a great success and the service we received was extraordinarily exceptional. We have had several events there and the service just seems to get better.
The staff headed by Barbara Baird and Javier Montoya made our stay and our over 150 delegates from throughout the country feel very special and exceptional. We were treated as very unique guests. The service was excellent, the food was exceptional and the attention to details went beyond our expectations.
Please thank you and please thank Barbara and Javier and all the wonderful people from catering, maintenance and all the service personel for making our stay in San Antonio a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. We look forward to our next event and we certainly recommend the Wyndham as the place to stay in San Antonio, Texas.

I just wanted to reach out to say thank you for all of the work you did before, during and after the recent TWCA Fall Conference. You all always take such good care of us. It was nice to finally meet you in person, as well. All of the hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating! It's always a pleasure to come to your conference venue. Your Wyndham Riverwalk Convention Service Manager, and your staff, for their unmatchable service and attention to detail. However inconvenient this may have been, Ms. Milner, was so gracious and accommodating. She was clearly determined to ensure it was just as meaningful and memorable as the primary event. Careful to first understand our needs, she only then suggested options to satisfy them. She was always available - even when I phoned or dropped in unexpectedly. Sensing my lack of experience, she went the extra mile to ensure that I both understood and was happy with our plans. And, she obviously communicated that same care to the staff, because they reflected it as well. I usually leave an event wishing that some detail had been a little better. But NOT THIS TIME!. Congratulations, Sir, on the quality of your staff and service.
